FK944: WATER Resistance Tester

Use to determine water level by resistance of the water by the depth of the probe. As the water rises, the total resistance across the probes will change and the LEDs will show a change in the level of the water.

Can also be used to test water resistance levels to see level of purity the water is. Water with salt, desolved Minerals or other impurities will have much lower resistance than pure water does. A great little kit for experimenting to see the resistance of water in your home, ponds, rain, ocean etc. A good experiment is to start with some distilled water and add different impurities to the water and retest it to see the effect on conductivity.
