Micro processor controlled special effects of pausing and also glowing iron in weld puddle. When power is applied the micro controller starts a welding sequence that flashes a bright while LED to simulate welding flashes. After a period of time the welding stops, like when the electode is pulled away from the molten pool of weld metal. The micro controller slowy increases the brightness of the Amber LED to simulate the metal getting hotter. When the welding stops, the Amber LED is at its brightest and then slowly fades in color simulating a cool down of the material. The Micro controller then pauses the action for a while, then repeats the process. The welding varies slightly during operation to make it more realistic. A great addition to any welding scene, factory, contruction site, gas station or any type of repair scene. Select the sound add on for even more realism in your scene. An optional FK602 amplifier kit is also available if you need more volume (large room or noisy enviroment)

Kit requires assembly, but can be purchased assembled and tested as an option.

The completed circuit board is 3/4" wide, 2" long and about 1/2" high.

The kit comes complete with Circuit Board, Components, 2 Super Bright  3mm LEDs (1 white, 1 amber) a Pre-Programmed MicroController IC, 12" LED and Power leads and Assembly Instructions. This kit requires soldering to assemble the kit. A 15-30 watt soldering iron is recommended.
