FK805 Voltage Reducing Regulator:

This easy to assemble kit  reduces  an input voltage between 12 and 15 volts DC and creates selectable output voltage of either 6 or 9 volts DC at a maximum output current of 1 Amp.

This kit is great for reducing the 12-15 volt transformer output to use where a 6 or 9 volt battery is needed. Many uses to replace batteries, power street lights, building lights, Fun Kit circuits etc.  It can also be used to create a constant brightness LED Locomotive Headlight.

Unit comes with a jumper to select either 6 or 9 volts DC but, you can add an optional slide switch for switching between 6 and 9 volts.

Crcuit board measures 0.8" x 1.5" long

Kit comes with complete with circuit board, components,  instructions. Requires basic soldering skills and a 15 to 30 watt soldering iron. Solder is included
