Shipping & Handling
Bakatronics LLC ships to the USA, Canada and most countries worldwide. Please select your country from the drop down menu when entering your address and the appropriate shipping & handling options will be displayed at checkout prior to having to pay for your order. Although Bakatronics LLC has no minimum order, we do have a minimum shipping & handling charge to allow us to provide the best level of service to all orders. The total shown at checkout includes the shipping and handling. No additional charges or fees will be added unless the customer requests a different shipping method which is more expense than the option chosen when the order was placed.
Economy Shipping does not include a tracking number! Bakatronics will provide the shipment date and upon request a copy of the USPS receipt to show we shipped the package to the customers zip code. If you require a tracking number, please select First Class with tracking, Priority Mail or Express Mail. Bakatronics is not responsible for packages after they are dropped off at a USPS location!
Items in stock are normally shipped within two (2) business days after the order and payment has been received by Bakatronics LLC. Order placed after 5:00 PM EST will be considered as placed on the next business day. Please call prior to entering your order if you need an urgent shipment. Express Mail orders placed after 12 noon EST will be shipped the following business day.
Assembly and customization of items requires additional time for Bakatronics technicians to build and test the product(s) prior to shipment. Please allow up to seven business days for assembly and shipment. This does not apply to FA (Factory Assembled) items that are normally stocked assembled and tested.
Domestic USA. For addresses within the USA, our preferred method of shipping is by the US Post Office (USPS). Options include Express Mail, Priority Mail, and Standard US Mail including delivery confirmation. USPS determines actual delivery times upon their acceptance of the package! Delivery times for all levels of service are determined by zip code and time of acceptance. If you wish to ship by another carrier or use your own account with a carrier, please email us for instructions prior to placing your order. Bakatronics LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages unless insured shipping option is selected when order is placed . Orders returned as refused, unclaimed or undeliverable will be credited for the cost of the items less 20% for restocking and inspection. No credit will be given for shipping and handling charges! Damaged or opened items will not be accepted for credit.
If you have your own FEDEX or UPS account, please call or email Baka50@cox.net for instructions prior to placing your order. You must provide a valid account number including account holders name and address in order for us to validate the account! In addition to the account number, please specify the level of service you wish us to request from your carrier. Orders under $200 are subject to a $10.00 handling fee as we have to provide packaging material and bring your package at an authorized drop off center.
Non USA. For addresses outside of the USA, our normal method of shipping is Standard US Mail. The time for delivery varies greatly from country to country and can take up to 8 weeks. Packages can be delayed by customs inspection in the destination country for which we have no control over. If you wish a faster delivery, please contact us for other options, such as Priority Mail or Global Express Mail. Our shipping charges include delivery to the destination country, but in some instances a customs duty may be applied depending on the policy of the destination country. Bakatronics LLC shall not be responsible for any surcharges or duties levied by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsiblity of the purchaser. Bakatronics LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen packages or damaged packages.
